ABOUT THE EVENT

When will the Conference take place? Where is it located?

  • The Residential Weekend Conference will take place in the Academic Hotel & Congress Centre (Tyršovo náměstí 2222, 252 63 Roztoky) between 21st and 23rd February.

When will the Event start and finish?

  • The registrations will start from 4:00 PM on Friday 21st February and the expected finish is at 12:30 on Sunday 23rd February.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

  • Please view the Home Page for deadlines, rates and to register.

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

  • TM RW Event Committee is unable to assist with travel or registration costs.  

Can I get an Invoice for the Registration Cost?

How do I register if I am interested in delivering a workshop?

  • Please complete the form Here to register your interest in delivering a workshop. (Please note, you also need to complete the Registration form to book your spot at the Conference.)

I have registered but unfortunately, I can no longer attend. Will I get my ticket refunded?

Can I transfer the ticket to another person?

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

  • The cost of the Accommodation is already included in the Conference rate.

A friend of mine will also be participating in the Conference. Is it possible to arrange staying in the same room?

  • Please mark your preference in the space provided on the registration form when you register.

Is it possible to get a private room?

What time is the check in and check out?

  • Check In:                    from 4:00 PM
  • Check Out:                 before 10:00 AM

Is the venue pet friendly?

  • Please note pets are not allowed in this hotel.

What services are available for special needs and requests?

  • TM RW Event Committee encourages all TM members with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. Please contact tmrweekend@gmail.com no later than January 20, 2020 to request accommodation for special needs. If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark those on the space provided on the registration form when you register.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Is the Conference schedule available?

  • Details will be posted on our website and social media as they are confirmed. A full Conference schedule, including Conference sessions, will be available on our website in early February.

I only want to attend one day of the Conference, is that possible?

  • We are currently not able to offer one day walk – in options only, as we are contracted with the hotel to fill 75 places (including accommodation).

I’m a presenter – is there a PowerPoint template I should be using?

  • All presenters will receive a link to a page with information for session presenters, which will contain all templates and other details.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

  • A certificate of attendance is available upon request by emailing tmrweekend@gmail.com following the Conference.
