When will the Conference take place? Where is it located?

When will the Event start and finish?

  • The registrations will start from 📆 4:00 PM on Friday 10th June and the expected finish is at 📆 12:30 on Sunday 12th June.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

  • Please view the Tickets Page for deadlines, rates and to register.

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

  • TM RW Event Committee is unable to assist with travel or registration costs.

Can I get an Invoice for the Registration Cost?

How do I register if I am interested in delivering a workshop?

  • Please complete the form HERE to register your interest in delivering a workshop. (Please note, you also need to complete the Registration form to book your spot at the Conference.)

I have registered but unfortunately, I can no longer attend. Will I get my ticket refunded?

Can I transfer the ticket to another person?

How can I reserve a hotel room and what are the rates?

  • The cost of the Accommodation is already included in the Conference rate.

A friend of mine will also be participating in the Conference. Is it possible to arrange staying in the same room?

  • Please mark your preference in the space provided on the registration form when you register.

Is it possible to get a private room?

How do I get to the Venue?

What time is the check in and check out?

  • Check In:                    from 4:00 PM
  • Check Out:                 before 10:00 AM

I would like to come by car. What should I do?

  • Hotel provides parking spaces for 150 CZK / per night. You can also park your car at parking house across the street. For more informations visit Expoparking – BVV Trade Fairs Brno.

Is the venue pet friendly?

  • Yes, hotel is pet friendly. If you are planning to bring your pet with you, let us know at tmrweekend@gmai.com no later than 📆 May 9, 2022 to make the arrangements. There will be an extra charge of 500 CZK per night.

What services are available for special needs and requests?

  • RW Event Committee encourages all TM members with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. Please contact tmrweekend@gmail.com no later than 📆 May 9, 2022 to request accommodation for special needs. If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark those on the space provided on the registration form when you register.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Is the Conference schedule available?

  • Details will be posted on our website and social media as they are confirmed. A full Conference schedule, including Conference sessions, will be available on our website in May.

I only want to attend one day of the Conference, is that possible?

  • We are currently not able to offer walk – in options.
    The great value of the event is not only in the workshops during the day but also in the networking / friendships and connections that are created outside of the workshop (morning / evening etc.) and as such, we encourage you to attend the whole event, including overnight accommodation.

  • We are currently not able to offer only workshops.
  • The great value of the event is not only in the workshops during the day but also in the networking / friendships and connections that are created outside of the workshop. As such we encourage all interested Participants to attend the full weekend to get complete benefits of the event and we do not offer walk in tickets for workshops only.

I’m a presenter – is there a PowerPoint template I should be using?

  • All presenters will receive a link to a page with information for session presenters, which will contain all templates and other detailes.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

  • A certificate of attendance is available upon request by emailing tmrweekend@gmail.com following the Conference.
